Rates and reservations
Displayed room rates are in Nigerian naira (NGN) and apply per room, per night unless stated otherwise. A reservation is held for two hours after creation while payment is completed. An unpaid reservation may expire automatically after that period.
Submitting a booking does not guarantee room availability. After payment is verified, reception reviews the reservation. The booking becomes final only when Five Homes sends a confirmation.
Payments
Online payments are processed securely by Paystack. Any transaction fee shown at checkout is paid by the guest and is separate from the hotel's accommodation revenue. Five Homes never asks guests to send a card number, PIN, CVV, password, or one-time code by email or messaging.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in begins at 2:00 PM on the arrival date. Check-out is by 12:00 PM on the departure date. Early arrival, late departure, and special requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed by entering them on the booking form.
Cancellations and refunds
A guest may cancel only before the check-in date. A cancellation made at least 48 hours before the 2:00 PM check-in time qualifies for a full refund. For a later multi-night cancellation, one booked night is forfeited and any remaining paid balance is refundable. A late one-night cancellation receives no refund.
If the hotel declines or cancels a paid reservation, the verified accommodation payment is refundable in full. Refunds are reviewed and completed manually by the hotel through Paystack or bank transfer. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or receiving bank.
Guest responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact and stay information, keep your booking reference secure, comply with occupancy limits and hotel rules, and use a payment method you are authorised to use. Five Homes may refuse or cancel a booking involving suspected fraud, unlawful activity, unsafe conduct, or materially inaccurate information.
